"CLUB FLOOR" is an exclusive and special space available only to members.
Equipped with five different functions, "STUDIO", "HALL", "LOUNGE", "BAR" and "TERRACE", we will be able to meet the diverse needs of our guests. In addition, the "CLUB FLOOR" is equipped with its own concierge, cloakroom and waiting room, providing high-quality and comfortable hospitality that is exclusive to this floor.

A more comfortable and luxurious "conference/meeting" experience
At STUDIO KOKU, the spectacular 20-meter and 7-meter LED walls create dynamic visual effects, supporting impressive presentations and events. LED wall operation and document creation support are available at

Highly flexible business events on the top floor
With its simple yet sophisticated atmosphere, "HALL HAKU" offers flexible space that can accommodate a variety of business events. The layout can be optimized to suit the scale and format of the event. At the adjacent "BAR HAKU", you can enjoy a welcome cocktail in a special space overlooking the garden. The elegant atmosphere will provide all participants with a comfortable time.

A new dedicated escalator has been installed on the distinctive façade of the main building, which makes generous use of Japanese wood. You can now proceed directly to the Club Floor without passing through the main lobby. Once you go up the escalator, you will find yourself at the Rooftop Terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the gardens. This special space exclusively for members will surely heighten your anticipation for the event.
