At FUDO, we utilize the connections we have cultivated with producers and visit the actual production areas to offer a condensed version of the local culture and individuality, the aromas and flavors born from the climate, and the seasonal ingredients of each season, all in one dish. We offer a diverse lineup of dishes, from onion gratin soup made with HAPPO-EN 's traditional consommé soup and apple pie, a favorite since the days Thrush Café, to dishes cooked in an oven. Located on the third floor HAPPO-EN, FUDO is an all-day dining restaurant that can be used for a wide range of occasions, from breakfast to dinner. The restaurant features an open kitchen that exudes a lively atmosphere, allowing diners to watch the chefs efficiently prepare dishes. In the center of the kitchen is the kiln, the symbol of FUDO. We offer a diverse menu that incorporates elements of Western and Japanese cuisine, including dishes prepared in the kiln. Please enjoy a relaxing time in our open space.
