Meetings with bridal producers generally begin about five months before the wedding. Here are some preparations you can make together before meeting with your wedding producer.

List of invited guests
Wedding invitations should be sent out about three months before the wedding date. For friends and guests who live far away who you absolutely want to attend your wedding, it's a good idea to let them know the date and location of the wedding as soon as you've decided on the venue.

Create an image of the wedding theme and venue decoration
At the first meeting, you will decide who to contact and what the invitations will contain, and select the host. We recommend that you decide in advance, as much as possible, what you want to do at the wedding, what kind of atmosphere you want, the image of the decorations, and other wedding theme and taste. Even something as general as "relaxed" or "Japanese atmosphere" is fine. Of course, you can think about it together with your producer, so don't worry.

Organizing photos
On the day of the wedding, there will be many opportunities to use memorable photos of the couple or photos from their childhood, such as in the profile movie and profile book that will be screened. It is reassuring to be prepared by selecting photos in advance or taking photos on a regular basis.

Pre-wedding photo shoot
We recommend this to those who want to have photos with a different atmosphere than on the actual day, or want to wear different clothes than on the actual day. HAPPO-EN offers a location photo plan where you can take photos in a Japanese garden. If you take the photos early, you can use the pre-wedding photos for your profile movie, welcome board, etc.

Pre-wedding ceremony
Participation in "A Ceremony of Gratitude for Two."
In order to ensure that you can spend the wedding preparation period without forgetting to thank each other, HAPPO-EN holds a monthly "Two Gratitude Ceremony" as a pre-wedding ceremony. You can participate before the meeting with the producer or after the meeting has begun. Reservations can be made through the CLUB HAPPO-EN app.
