Frequently Asked Questions

If you wish to rent costumes, please make your reservation approximately one month in advance. We also accept last-minute inquiries, so please feel free to contact us.

Yes, we have changing rooms available for all guests. Lockers with keys are also provided inside, so you can use them with peace of mind.

We regret that outside photographers are not permitted. However, you are welcome to take photos with your own smartphone, so please capture plenty of wonderful memories.

Yes, dining-only reservations are available. Please book directly through each restaurant's website.

Starting June 1, 2026, a free shuttle bus service to JR Takanawa Gateway Station will operate on weekends and public holidays. NEWoMan Takanawa, where Kappou BUTAI is located, is just a 1-minute walk from Takanawa Gateway Station, so please make use of the shuttle. Taxi arrangements are also available—feel free to ask our staff.
