When making a reservation, please be sure to check the box indicating that you are a CLUB HAPPO-EN for Business member.
*Our staff will usually reply within 3 business days of your inquiry.
*Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance for weekdays, and up to 1 month in advance for weekends and national holidays.

Consultation & Planning Meetings
For restaurant reservations, our restaurant staff will assist you directly. For all other services, your dedicated producer will guide you through approximately two to three planning meetings, arranged according to your wishes, leading up to the day itself. Meeting formats (in person or online) and schedules will be flexibly arranged in consultation with you along the way.
