Please apply approximately two weeks in advance. We also accept inquiries at the last minute, so please feel free to contact us.
Yes, we have changing rooms available for anyone to use. There are lockers with locks inside the changing rooms, so please feel free to use them with peace of mind.
We regret to inform you that we do not allow outside photographers to be brought in. However, you are welcome to take photos with your own smartphone, so please feel free to capture many wonderful images.
Yes, we also accept reservations for meals only. Please make your reservation directly through each restaurant's website.
Starting June 1, 2026, we will begin operating a free shuttle bus service to JR Takanawa Gateway Station on weekends and public holidays only. NEWoMan Takanawa, where Kappo BUTAI is located, is just a one-minute walk from Takanawa Gateway Station, so please take advantage of the shuttle bus. We can also arrange taxis for you, so please feel free to ask our staff.
Yes, we offer rentals of furisode (long-sleeved kimono) and hakama (traditional Japanese trousers) through our partner clothing stores. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
