Changing rooms and cloakrooms
There are changing rooms equipped with men's and women's coin lockers on the second floor of the main building, so even guests coming from afar can come to the park and return home light. In addition, luggage other than valuables can be stored at the cloakroom in the main building lobby.
Breastfeeding space
We have a nursing/diaper changing space on the 4th floor of the main building. We also have strollers available for free rental in the lobby, so please feel free to ask our staff.
Barrier-free
The entire main building is barrier-free. Dedicated staff will assist wheelchair users in moving around the gardens, the annexes Kochuan and Hakuhokan, etc. Wheelchairs can also be borrowed. The bride and groom should inform the staff in advance.
Family waiting room
We have a waiting room for family members on the 4th floor of the main building. Please relax in the waiting room until the start of the ceremony. Before the ceremony, you will meet the bride and groom and be introduced to their relatives. For guests other than family members, we have a waiting room at each ceremony venue, so please check your invitation for details.
About accommodation
There are no accommodation facilities within Happo-en. If you would like to stay nearby, we can introduce you to an affiliated hotel at a preferential rate. Please feel free to contact us when making a reservation. If you would like to arrange a shuttle bus, please contact our staff.
