Allergen Free Menu

Allergen-free menu

In the one year period of 2019, Happo-en catered for allergy-related wedding meals for a total of 4,273 guests. Based on this fact, we are working on developing low-allergen menus that do not use the seven major allergens (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, and crab). We want people with allergies and those without to be able to eat the same menu. We can accommodate such requests.

At Happoen, we develop and provide menus that take into consideration religious reasons, as well as vegans and vegetarians. If any guests have restrictions or concerns about the ingredients or cooking methods used, please contact us in advance and we will provide you with details about the meal contents and make arrangements according to your circumstances.
