Kochuan

Kochuan is a traditional Japanese restaurant located in the Japanese garden of HAPPO-EN. With a luxurious space overlooking the beautiful garden in all four seasons and the attentive hospitality that only a traditional Japanese restaurant can provide, Kochuan is a popular choice for special occasions such as entertaining clients, engagement ceremonies, and first meetings.

Located on the third floor HAPPO-EN, FUDO is an all-day dining restaurant that can be used for a wide range of occasions, from breakfast to dinner.The restaurant features an open kitchen that exudes a lively atmosphere, and offers a diverse menu that incorporates Western and Japanese cuisine, including dishes prepared in a kiln.

Kochuan is a traditional Japanese restaurant located within HAPPO-EN. The gift brand that bears the name "Kochuan" offers products based on traditional Japanese flavors and techniques, and that are inspired by the history and culture of Kochuan, the four seasons of Japan, and atmospheric gardens.

Additive-Free Koji Amazake

This rice koji and rice amazake is made using only koshihikari rice grown by students at Iwase Agricultural High School in Fukushima Prefecture, with the desire to let people know about the safety of Fukushima's agricultural products. Characterized by a fruity aroma and a clean aftertaste, it has also won a gold medal at the Monde Selection.
