ショールーム開催
2020年の東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの期間中に、多くの競技会場が集積する東京・有明地区（武蔵野大学有明キャンパンス）に、ホストタウン関連イベントとして、ホストタウンを務める全国の地方自治体の魅力を広く国内外に発信する「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」を設置致します。
「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」は、これまで行ってきた相手国・地域とのさまざまな交流と活動経過をアピールする集大成の場だけではなく、ホストタウン交流が、2020年を超えても継続していける創意工夫を凝らしたイベント・ブース・食の開発を企画して参ります。また、設置期間中、国内外から約1日1万人の来場数を予想しております。このホストタウン活動の最大の祭典となる「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」に是非、ご参画下さい。
この「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」のプレイベント、2020ホストタウン・ハウスショールームを、2019年8月27日（火）八芳園（東京都港区白金台1-1-1）にて開催致します。2020ホストタウン・ハウスの一部を垣間見ることができるものとして、選手との交流、文化交流などホストタウン交流の集大成の様子がわかるモデルルームの他、イベントを通じた交流、メニューの開発、復興ありがとうホストタウンブース、ホストタウン活動を支える賛助会員企業のブースなどが、一堂にご覧頂ける内容になっております。このプレイベントは、ホストタウンの自治体様や、ホストタウン活動を支援している企業様、大使館様、メディア関係者様などを対象にしたイベントです。尚、事前に「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」への参加表明をされた自治体様には、申し込み特典（※1, 2）として、先着順でホストタウン活動のモデルルーム制作や、食の開発を無料で企画させて頂き、2019年8月27日（火）開催 2020ホストタウン・ハウス ショールームにおいて発表させて頂きます。
「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」本番まで、あと一年となったこの貴重なプレイベント、2020ホストタウン・ハウス ショールームへ是非ご参加下さい。

Host Town Initiative Showroom Pre-Event
2020 Host Town House Showroom
During the duration of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, we will present the 2020 Host Town House in the Ariake District of Tokyo (Musashino University Ariake Campus). There will be many competitive venues gathering for the host town-related events to promote the uniqueness of local cities, both in Japan and overseas.
The 2020 Host Town House is not merely meant to share about the cultural exchange and activities that have happened so far between the host cities and partner countries. We will also plan and support the development of creative events, booths, and food that will enable host town exchanges to continue beyond 2020.
During the installation period, we expect to attract approximately 10,000 visitors per day from Japan and overseas. We hope you can join us at the 2020 Host Town House, the biggest event for this Host Town Initiative.
The 2020 Host Town House pre-event called 2020 Host Town House Showroom will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at Happo-en (1-1-1 Shirokane-dai, Minato-ku, Tokyo). There will be booths that show a portion of the 2020 Host Town House and model rooms that showcase the different aspects of this initiative, from cultural exchanges to events with athletes. Guests will be able to see the various types of events that are helping to foster this movement. We will also showcase our special menu development, booths highlighting cities that were affected by the 2011 tsunami, and supporting member companies. This pre-event is intended for host town municipalities, companies supporting the initiative, embassies, media professionals, and others.
Local cities that have already announced their participation in the 2020 Host Town House will have the privilege to run a model room that showcases their town activities. Happo-en will help them create the model room and food menu free of chargeWith one year to go before the actual 2020 Host Town House event, you are cordially invited to participate in this special pre-event.

The 2020 Host Town House pre-event called 2020 Host Town House Showroom, in which there will be booths that show a portion of the 2020 Host Town House and model rooms that showcase the different aspects of this initiative, from cultural exchanges to events with athletes.
For example, development of cuisine, “Arigato” Host Town for supporting reconstruction booths, supporting member companies booths, and etc. Please come and experience this pre-event, which is intended for Host Town municipalities, companies supporting the initiative, embassies, media professionals, and others.

There will be a studio you can tell arigato (thank you in Japanese) to the people all over the world. In addition, we will show the future of longer-term relationship beyond 2020 with the “Arigato” Host Town for Supporting Reconstruction, in booths and exhibitions.

「ハラルフード」「ヴィーガンフード」「ベジタリアンフード」「アレルゲン対応フード」などもご用意しています。
地域に根付く「祭り」をテーマにしたイベント、世界と地域の音楽を組み合わせたフェスティバルの提案もさせていただきます。
Food & Matsuri (festivals in Japanese)
Happo-en’s original and creative dishes with the use of ingredients from the host towns will be presented along with cuisine for Halal, vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free.
There will be an event under the theme of community-based “Matsuri” and some suggestions about festivals combining world music with local ones in Japan.

「2020ホストタウン・ハウス」のコンセプト。
「すべての選手を主人公に。すべての市民を主人公に。」をテーマにした「ヒーローズステージ」を用意。
そのステージで、アフリカのジャンベと和太鼓のコラボレーションや、福島県いわき市のフラガール、釜石市の虎舞も登場。
さらに、ホストタウンの特産物と相手国のワインやお茶とのペアリングフードもご体感いただけます。
また、ホストタウンの食材を生かした創作料理も披露。
「ハラルフード」「ヴィーガンフード」「ベジタリアンフード」「アレルゲン対応フード」等も用意しています。

2020 Host Town House concept. "Hero's Stage" is available with the theme "All players to be the hero. All citizens to be the hero."
A collaboration between African djembe and Japanese drums and the Hula Girls from Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture. Also the Tiger Dance from the Kamaishi City will appear.
Pairing of foods can be experienced too. Pairing of special products from the Host Town municipality, with for example, wine and tea from the partner country.
In addition, creative dishes using the ingredients of the host towns are also presented,
along with Halal, vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free.

A crosstalk session will be held by those young people to lead the next generation to present the future of Host Town activities by discussing the future beyond 2020.
